Utility assistance
At LLRC, we desire to help restore families to wholeness. We don't want to just give a hand out as a temporary band aid but we also understand at times as a single mother assistance may be needed for immediate or temporary situations. We provide financial support for water, power, and gas bills to eligible households who reside in Paulding County, Douglas County, or Cobb County, Georgia. Support is based on available nonprofit funding.
Financial Literacy & Stewardship
Our goal is to empower families through budgeting education, building a financial relief program, and other development initiatives to ensure long-term stability.Â

Philippians 4:19 reminds us that God is ultimately our provider. "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We want to support families not only in their financial needs but in their dependency on Christ to meet their most pressing needs.Â

One way we are aiming to do this is through our online, self paced program Thriving via Stewardship. This program aids single mothers in learning more about budgeting, fine tuning their budget while also applying Biblical principles to their budget such as managing well what God has given then and living generously.Â
Thriving via Stewardship is a practical tool to help families navigate their finances. Participation is not required to receive financial support, but it is encouraged as a valuable benefit. You can find our Thriving via Stewardship Program by heading to our programs page or by clicking the link here: www.llrcinc.org/programs
Please note: We do not provide immediate assistance. It may take 5–7 business days before a decision is made. Assistance is not guaranteed and depends on available funding.
